Russell got me right in to take care of the recall on my passenger side air bag. He & the technician went above & beyond going ahead & checking out my driver side & finding that a connector was loose & didnt add a charge for doing it! 10/10 recommend Jim Norton on Memorial!

Was originally interested in a Colorado, but decided it was too big for purposes. Decided on a new Malibu, but didn’t have one in stock. Sales person Christian went to work to find us a radiant red with RS package only 200 mikes on it. Traded it from Lafayette dealer and had it the next day. I was preapproved for loan, so the whole process only took a little over an hour. Great car, great price with discount and gm rebate.
